Energy Rigging maintained a core team of 26 riggers throughout the project and supplied more than 45 personnel overall to maintain continuity and support project delivery over an extended period. The project involved complex mechanical installation, heavy lifting operations and the safe positioning of major plant and equipment.
We supplied experienced Appointed Persons responsible for lift planning and design, ensuring all lifting activities were executed in accordance with rigorous safety standards and best practice. Our team played a key role in maintaining safety, precision, and efficiency on-site throughout the project lifecycle — integrating seamlessly with the principal contractor's site team and adapting to evolving programme requirements.

Energy Rigging supported industrial construction activity at Shotton Mill CHP with specialist lifting and rigging personnel across multiple disciplines. The project involved complex lifting operations, structural installation, and the safe positioning of heavy mechanical equipment in a live industrial environment.
In addition to a core team of riggers, we provided Appointed Persons to manage and coordinate lifting operations, Health and Safety Advisors, Site Supervisors and Temporary Works Coordinators. This multi-discipline supply allowed the principal contractor to maintain a single, trusted workforce partner for the lifting and rigging scope throughout the project.
