These Portal Terms govern access to and use of the Energy Rigging contractor and client portal at energyrigging.com/portal. By requesting access to or using the portal, you agree to these terms. These terms apply in addition to the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Access to the portal is restricted to individuals who have been approved by Energy Rigging Ltd. There are two account types:
Access requests are reviewed by Energy Rigging before any account is activated. Energy Rigging reserves the right to decline any access request without giving reasons.
Your account will be activated by email once your registration request has been approved. Energy Rigging may suspend or permanently remove portal access at any time if:

Portal account access is available only through a secure portal service approved by Energy Rigging Ltd and only to users who have been individually verified and authorised. Energy Rigging staff will never ask you for your password. To request access to the portal, contact Energy Rigging directly.
Contractors are responsible for submitting accurate and complete timesheet information, including the correct project name, week ending date, hours worked and any relevant notes. Submitting false or inaccurate timesheet information may result in immediate suspension of portal access and may have contractual and legal consequences.
Client users are responsible for reviewing timesheet submissions promptly and approving or rejecting them with appropriate notes. Energy Rigging is not liable for delays or errors arising from late or inaccurate client approvals or rejections.
Contractors may upload certification documents and project-related files through the portal. You are responsible for ensuring that documents you upload are accurate, current and belong to you. Uploading false, expired or fraudulent documents may result in immediate suspension of access and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Information accessible through the portal, including timesheet data, project details, client information and contractor records, is confidential. You must not disclose, copy or share portal information with any person who is not authorised to receive it. This obligation continues after your portal access ends.

Use of the portal involves the processing of personal data by Energy Rigging Ltd as data controller. This processing is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the portal, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with that policy and UK GDPR.
All intellectual property rights in the portal, including its design, functionality and content, belong to Energy Rigging Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the portal for its intended purpose only. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the portal.
Energy Rigging will take reasonable steps to keep the portal available during normal business hours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend the portal for maintenance, updates or security reasons without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from portal unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Energy Rigging Ltd's liability to portal users in connection with these terms is limited to direct losses caused by our negligence or breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from your use of or inability to use the portal.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You may request closure of your portal account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Energy Rigging will retain records associated with your account for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy, including for legal and contractual compliance purposes.
We may update these Portal Terms from time to time. We will notify active portal users of material changes by email. Continued use of the portal after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Portal Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from use of the portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
