Industrial crane lifting operation on an energy construction project

CrewReserve

A specialist service from Energy Rigging

Know whether your critical workforce is ready — before mobilisation.

Within five working days, CrewReserve identifies critical workforce gaps, weak backup coverage and mobilisation risks, then provides your project team with a practical action plan.

Why CrewReserve

Recruitment often starts after a workforce problem becomes urgent. CrewReserve works earlier.

A missing supervisor, rigger, specialist trade or appropriately certified worker can disrupt an entire work package. CrewReserve examines the workforce plan before mobilisation, project ramp-up, shutdown or recovery.

We map the critical roles, mobilisation requirements, evidence status, travel and rotation constraints, current coverage and replacement exposure. The result is a practical, time-stamped contingency plan — not another database of CVs.

Identify workforce gaps before they affect the programme

Understand which critical roles have insufficient replacement coverage

Check mobilisation requirements and evidence status

Establish clear priorities and contingency actions

Visibility before mobilisation

Identify critical-role gaps, missing competence evidence and reserve-coverage shortfalls before they affect the project start.

Reduced replacement risk

Understand where absence, withdrawal or failed onboarding could leave the project exposed, with a prioritised action plan to close the gaps.

Ongoing contingency confidence

Optional LiveReserve monitoring keeps critical-role and evidence status current throughout the project lifecycle.
