Middle East project support

Specialist Workforce for Middle East Energy & Industrial Projects

Energy Rigging supports contractors assessing and delivering energy, oil and gas, industrial construction, maintenance and infrastructure programmes across Qatar and selected Middle East markets.

We provide access to specialist rigging, lifting, mechanical, HSE and site-supervision personnel, with each requirement reviewed against the country, project, employment route, competence standards and client approval process before mobilisation is confirmed.

UK-based specialist workforce partner. Middle East mobilisation is assessed project by project and remains subject to local employment, visa, medical, competence and client-approval requirements.

How Middle East mobilisation works

01

Define the requirement

We confirm the country, end client, project, work scope, roles, number of personnel, duration, shift pattern, competence requirements and intended mobilisation date.

02

Confirm the delivery route

Before making a mobilisation commitment, the appropriate local employment or payroll, visa, sponsorship, medical, insurance and payment route must be agreed for the country and project.

03

Source and review personnel

Energy Rigging identifies potential personnel and reviews role-specific qualifications, competence evidence, employment status and available project documentation against the stated requirements.

04

Client and site approval

Named personnel remain subject to the client's review, medical requirements, security checks, certification acceptance, induction process and site-access approval.

05

Mobilisation and workforce coordination

Once the compliant route and named personnel are approved, Energy Rigging coordinates the agreed mobilisation process and provides ongoing workforce communication and replacement support under the written commercial terms.

No mobilisation date, worker availability, visa approval or site access is guaranteed until the relevant parties have confirmed the complete route and named personnel in writing.

A controlled, project-specific delivery model

Middle East workforce delivery requires more than finding available personnel. The employment structure, payroll currency, immigration route, medicals, insurance, competence recognition, site approvals and client payment terms must work together before mobilisation.

Energy Rigging therefore assesses each opportunity individually. Where an agreed scope requires local employment, payroll, technical or HSE support, appropriately appointed delivery partners may be used under confirmed written arrangements. Partner capability must never be presented as Energy Rigging's own previous project experience.

Crane hire, lifting engineering, equipment supply and other technical services are not automatically included in workforce supply. They may only be presented as part of an offer when the responsible supplier, availability, scope, insurance and commercial terms have been confirmed in writing.

Relevant industrial workforce experience

Energy Rigging is led by approximately 15 years of specialist recruitment and workforce experience across energy-from-waste, power generation, heavy engineering, refinery, mechanical installation and industrial construction environments.

45+

Personnel supplied across that project to support workforce continuity and programme delivery.

Specialist focus

Rigging, lifting and complementary mechanical workforce support for safety-critical project environments.

These figures demonstrate relevant UK industrial workforce delivery and are not Middle East project case studies. Selected experience reflects work delivered by the team behind Energy Rigging, including experience gained before Energy Rigging Ltd was incorporated.

Workforce readiness with CrewReserve

For clients that need greater visibility before mobilisation, the optional Five-Day Workforce Readiness Assessment can identify critical role gaps, weak backup coverage and mobilisation risks before they affect delivery.

CrewReserve is optional. Standard recruitment and workforce supply remain available separately.

CrewReserve provides assessment and workforce-planning support. Recruitment, labour supply and worker deployment are quoted separately and remain subject to the applicable country and project requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Where is Energy Rigging based?

Energy Rigging Ltd is registered in England and Wales and operates from the United Kingdom. Selected Middle East requirements are assessed through compliant, project-specific delivery arrangements. The company does not claim a permanent Middle East office on this page.

Which Middle East countries can you support?

Energy Rigging considers defined requirements across Qatar and selected markets including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain. Support is not automatic: the legal, employment, payroll, visa, insurance, medical and client-approval route must be confirmed for every country and project.

Can you mobilise personnel at short notice?

Short-notice support may be possible, but no mobilisation timeframe is guaranteed. Timing depends on worker availability, documentation, visa and sponsorship arrangements, medicals, competence acceptance, client approval, travel and site access.

Can you supply complete lifting teams?

Yes. Energy Rigging can source individual specialists or complete lifting teams for an agreed scope, subject to availability, project lifting arrangements, competence requirements, compliant engagement and client approval.

Do you provide cranes and lifting engineering?

Energy Rigging's core service is specialist workforce supply and coordination. Crane hire, equipment and lifting-engineering services are only included when an appropriate provider and written project scope have been confirmed. They must not be assumed or described as guaranteed.

What qualifications do personnel hold?

Qualifications and certification vary by role, country, client and project. Energy Rigging reviews the evidence supplied by each worker against the client's stated requirements, but final acceptance remains with the client and relevant site authorities.

What experience underpins the Middle East service?

The offer is based on approximately 15 years of relevant energy and industrial workforce experience, including maintaining 26 core riggers and supplying more than 45 personnel on a major UK Energy-from-Waste project. This is transferable industrial delivery experience and is not presented as completed Middle East project history.
