Appointed Persons — Lifting Operations

Location: UK, with potential opportunities in Ireland, Continental Europe and the Middle East.Assignment details: Rates, start dates, duration, working arrangements and any travel or accommodation provision will be confirmed for each opportunity.

About the opportunity

Energy Rigging welcomes expressions of interest from experienced Appointed Persons for upcoming lifting operations requirements.

We are interested in professionals who can assess site conditions, develop practical lifting arrangements and coordinate effectively with clients, supervisors and lifting teams.

Typical responsibilities

Assess proposed lifting operations and relevant site constraints.
Prepare or review lifting plans and supporting documentation within the agreed scope.
Identify suitable equipment, accessories and personnel requirements.
Coordinate with project teams on access, interfaces and operational arrangements.
Communicate the lifting plan and address changes through the agreed review process.
Support the safe planning and delivery of lifting activities.

Experience and qualifications

Relevant Appointed Person qualifications and demonstrable lifting-planning experience are required. Certification acceptance and project-specific requirements will be assessed for each assignment.

Please highlight experience involving restricted-access installations, gantry systems, jacking, skates, transformers, electrical panels or other specialist equipment moves.
